What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour date. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days, we offer a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable. All refund requests must be made in writing via email.

What should I bring on a day trip?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (layers are always a good idea!), a water bottle, a camera, sunscreen, and some cash for personal expenses or gratuities. For hiking tours, sturdy waterproof hiking boots are essential. Check your tour confirmation email for any tour-specific packing recommendations.

What's included in the tour price?

Tour prices include a detailed, virtually step-by-step, custom-made guidebook, private transportation for the duration of the tour, expert guide services (if you select the guided option), all planned activities and admission fees mentioned in the itinerary except those indicated in the exclusions section. For multi-day tours, accommodation is included where specified. Meals, travel insurance, personal expenses, and gratuities are not included unless explicitly stated in the tour description and/or in the exclusions section.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Tours operate in most weather conditions. We recommend dressing appropriately for the forecast. In case of severe weather that makes the tour unsafe (storms, heavy snow, flooding), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Minor rain or cold weather does not typically result in cancellation.

From wherever you are. We'll pick you up and drop you off at your hotel or another location convenient for you. Simply let us know your preferred pick-up/drop-off location at the time of booking.

Is travel insurance required?

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and should be arranged independently.

Absolutely. If none of our published itineraries feels like your perfect match, tell us what you are into and we will design a private tour around your interests, pace, and priorities. Custom does not automatically mean more expensive: once we build a great route, we can reuse and optimize it for future travelers, which helps keep pricing fair while still giving you a tailor-made experience.
